She completed training as a Vision Specialist organized by Mali Dom - Zagreb in cooperation with Christian Blind Mission.

She continuously pursues further professional development, with a particular focus on empowering and supporting parents of children with developmental difficulties. Ivana Macokatić graduated from the Faculty of Education and Rehabilitation Sciences at the University of Zagreb. She has pursued professional development in the education of children with visual and hearing impairments, communication, and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). As part of her training in dance and movement, she completed the Teachers Training in Holistic Dance and Movement Pedagogy program and is undergoing supervised training in dance psychotherapy.

Out of personal interest, she attended workshops on natural cosmetics formulation in the same year, which she later integrated into her educational and rehabilitative work. She continues to further develop her skills, design related activities, and participate in community events.
Jasminka Gagula

Jasminka graduated from the Specialist Master’s Program in Physiotherapy at the Zagreb School of Health Sciences, specializing in Neurological Physiotherapy. In September 2004, she completed the Basic Bobath Course in Cardiff (UK) and became a certified Pediatric Bobath Therapist. She has a strong interest in the Assessment of Spontaneous Movements specific to children aged 0 to 4 months.

Jelena Špionjak graduated from the Specialist Professional Master’s Program in Physiotherapy in Zagreb. In 2013, she completed her studies in Osteopathy at the Academy of Osteopathy in Velika Gorica. In the same year, she was appointed to the academic position of Lecturer at the Zagreb School of Health Sciences.

After graduating from the Faculty of Education and Rehabilitation Sciences, she earned a master’s degree in Psychotraumatology at the Faculty of Medicine in Zagreb and completed training as a practitioner of expressive therapies. She works as an art therapist at Mali Dom - Zagreb, collaborates with numerous institutions, and leads socially engaged art projects, educational programs, and developmental initiatives in Croatia and abroad. She actively exhibits her work as an artist in domestic and international exhibitions, is involved in avant-garde theatre.
Olga Baretić

After graduating in Occupational Therapy from the Zagreb School of Health Sciences, she pursued professional development in therapeutic feeding through trainings at the Mali Dom Educational Center, TalkTools Feeding First, and Transforming Feeding and Nutrition for Children with Disabilities (SPOON), in collaboration with the Perkins School for the Blind. She has completed all three levels of the international Perkins Academy training.She participates in both domestic and international conferences.
Marina Kurtoić

After graduating from the Faculty of Education and Rehabilitation Sciences, she began working at the Mali Dom Community Services Center, where she is involved in all programs. She has further specialized in early developmental support, programs for students with deafblindness and multiple disabilities, and sensory integration pedagogy. She serves as a trainer in the courses Creating an Individualized Education Plan and Goal-Oriented Activities and Sensory Learning.
Dražen Viljušić

Dražen graduated from the Faculty of Kinesiology. He has specialized in therapeutic swimming according to the Halliwick concept, Watsu therapy, and the use of therapy dogs. Through his work, he makes a significant contribution to the rehabilitation of children with special needs through kinesiotherapy, the creation of didactic aids, and participation in international workshops and projects, such as the Multisensory Park in Jarun, as well as artistic and social initiatives both in Croatia and abroad.
Dragomila Mateljan

Dragomila completed her studies in Speech Therapy at the Faculty of Education and Rehabilitation Sciences in Zagreb in 2008. She gained professional experience at the SUVAG Polyclinic, the private speech therapy practice Ružičasti oblak, and, since 2018, at Mali Dom. At the Center, she works as a speech therapist and music therapist in early intervention and assessment programs. She has completed the Verbotonal seminar, Floortime therapist training, and a specialist program in music therapy, and regularly presents her experience and work at professional meetings and conferences.

Ivana graduated from the Faculty of Education and Rehabilitation Sciences, where she also worked as a project associate on the project Support for Achieving Equal Opportunities in Education for Children with Developmental Disabilities - ATTEND. Her work focuses on the application of assistive technology for children with complex communication needs, including the assessment, implementation, and use of AT devices in various programs such as Assessment and Counseling, Early Developmental Support, and Half-Day and Full-Day Care programs.

She works in a transdisciplinary team on functional vision assessments, conducts exercises at the Faculty of Education and Rehabilitation Sciences, and participates in domestic and international conferences. She holds the professional title of Mentor.

Danijela Kljajić graduated in Occupational Therapy from the Zagreb School of Health Sciences, after which she pursued professional development in the fields of sensory integration and therapeutic feeding. At Mali Dom, she conducts assessments in sensory integration and therapeutic feeding and provides early developmental support. She actively participates in professional seminars and conferences and is a co-author of a handbook chapter in the field of early developmental support.
Hrvoje Gudlin

After completing his master’s degree in Physiotherapy, Hrvoje specialized in pediatric neurophysiotherapy through Halliwick therapeutic swimming, Kinesio Taping, GMFM and GMFCS, the MAES approach, Infant Motor Profile, and other programs. He participates in training on positioning, behavior strategies, early developmental support, and motor function classification systems. He is the author of chapters in professional books and scientific articles, and an active participant and speaker at domestic and international conferences.
